Trusted.  Experienced.  Supportive.

I am a trusted BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I draw upon many years of training in psychology and counselling, and experience in helping people. As an Integrative Therapist and Counsellor, I use various psychotherapeutic and psychological therapies and techniques in my work to help clients in the best possible way according to their needs. I am also an Organisational Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist registered with the Association For Coaching. I am committed to working with clients in a warm, supportive, empathetic, confidential and ethical manner.

I help people with most of life’s difficulties, relationship problems and mental health concerns. I understand how, as human beings, we encounter difficulties that challenge and limit us, but that it does not have to stay that way. I have worked with people who have suffered a broad range of life and mental health difficulties, in the NHS and other counselling services. My main framework is known as Existential Therapy. I also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Solution-Focused and Meaning Centred therapy.

I am currently a Counselling Psychologist- In-Training and completing a Doctorate in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at The New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology and Middlesex University. My research interests are burnout explored through an existential lens.

Prior to becoming a Therapist and Counsellor, I have worked in the corporate world for many years, and have experienced the stress and challenges that come with it.  I am also a migrant and understand the challenges of being bi-rooted in two different cultures.

As a Coaching Psychologist, I have, in addition to my professional psychology education, undertaken additional coaching skills training and am registered with the Association For Coaching.

As a qualified Organisational Psychologist, I have received rigorous training at post-graduate level in Organisational and Occupational Psychology.  I have studied the science of people and their behaviour at work. It is my aim to improve People's well-being at work.
